摘 要:基于风场实测载荷谱转换试验载荷谱,针对风电机组螺栓开展防松双螺母、施必牢螺母等防松方案在干燥和油浸环境下高周次横向振动力防松性能试验对比研究。结果表明,在正常载荷的横向振动下,试验件的螺栓预紧力下降不超过10%。在极限载荷作用下,螺栓预紧力有较大幅度的下降。安装完成后螺栓初始轴力越大,横向振动载荷下螺栓预紧力的损失就越小。油润滑导致的接触面摩擦因数降低将明显增大振动载荷下螺栓预紧力的损失率。在几种防松措施中,防松双螺母和施必牢螺母有较好的防松性能。Based on the conversion of the load spectrum measured on the wind farm to the test load spectrum,the anti-loosening performance of anti-loosening plans such as antiloosening double nuts and Spiralock nuts for wind turbine bolts under dry and oil immersion environments and high-cyclic transverse vibration forces are tested,compared and studied.The results show that under transverse vibration with normal loads,the preload of the test bolt drops by nomore than 10%.Under extreme loads,the preload of the bolt drops significantly.The greater the initial axial force of the bolt after installation,the smaller theloss of bolt preload under transverse vibration loads.The decrease in the friction coefficient of the contact surface caused by oil lubrication will significantly increase the loss rate of bolt preload under vibration loads.Among several anti-loosening measures,the anti-loosening double nuts and Spiralock nuts have better anti-loosening performance.
