摘  要:主楼框架是混凝土搅拌楼的关键设备,内部布置了生产混凝土的搅拌、计量、储料等系统,所以其结构的强度、刚度、动力学性能将直接影响整个搅拌楼的正常运行。利用Hypermesh软件对主楼框架建立有限元模型,通过分析主楼框架在极限综合载荷工况下的应力、应变和模态,验证结构强度,评估在搅拌激振力作用下的共振风险,为后续的结构设计提供参考和指导。The main frame is thekey equipment of the concretemixingtower,inside ofwhich the systems of mixing,measurement and storage are arranged for concrete production,so the strength,stiffness and dynamic properties of its structure will directly affect the normal operation of the whole mixing tower.The finite element model of the main frame is established by using software Hypermesh,and the stress,strain and mode of the main frame under extreme comprehensive loads are analyzed to verify the structural strength and to evaluate the resonance risk under the action of mixingvibratory force,which provides reference and guidance for the subsequent structural design.
