摘 要:纯电动矿用自卸车在运行过程中,特别是满载运行时,侧挂式动力电池支架会承受各个方向的载荷,为验证支架与车架连接螺栓的可靠性,利用有限元仿真,对纯电动矿用自卸车在运行过程中极限工况的螺栓受力情况进行分析,再结合《机械设计手册》和VDI 2230标准所涉及的两种方法分别对螺栓进行强度校核。计算结果表明,侧挂式动力电池支架的安装螺栓强度满足设计要求,相关分析可为纯电动矿用自卸车重要部件安装时螺栓选型提供技术参考。During the operation of thebattery electric mining dumper,especiallywhen it is fully loaded,the side-mounted traction battery bracket will bear loads in all directions.To verify the reliability of the bolts connecting the bracket to the frame,finite element simulation is applied to analyze the stress on the bolts of the battery electric mining dumper under extreme working conditions,and in conjunction with two methods given in the Handbook of Mechanical Design and the standard VDI2230,the strength of the bolts is checked separately.The calculation results show that the strength of the mounting bolts of the side-mounted traction battery bracket meets the design requirements,and the relevant analysis can provide technical reference for the selection of bolts for the installation of important components of the battery electric miningdumper.
