全身麻醉术后气管损伤的急救与护理1例

摘　　要：气管损伤是一种罕见且具有高致死率的临床急危重症,患者可能出现皮下气肿、呼吸窘迫、气胸、咯血等症状。气管损伤因缺乏特异症状容易被忽视。气管损伤一旦发生,因无法立即精准修复,对医务人员的紧急救治和多学科合作诊疗提出了挑战。文章报道1例全身麻醉患者术后气管损伤的急救与麻醉护理经验,患者术后6 d好转出院。总结此病例经验,以期为该类患者的麻醉复苏管理提供警示和参考。Tracheal injury is a rare and severe clinical emergency with a high fatality rate.Patients may present symptoms such as subcutaneous emphysema,respiratory distress,pneumothorax,and hemoptysis.Tracheal injury is easy to be ignored due to lack of specific symptoms.Once tracheal injury occurs,it cannot be repaired immediately and accurately,which poses a challenge for emer‑gency treatment and multidisciplinary cooperation in diagnosis and treatment.This article reports the first aid and anesthesia nursing care experience of a patient with tracheal injury after general anesthesia.The patient was discharged with improved condition 6 d after surgery.This article summarized the experience of this case,in order to provide warning and reference for the anesthesia and resuscita‑tion management of such kinds of patients.
