摘　　要：目的 研究西南地区青年人群感觉寻求水平及其与高危性行为之间的关联,为该人群性健康宣传教育提供参考依据。方法 采用方便抽样,利用问卷星线上进行匿名问卷调查,其中感觉寻求量表采用BSSS-8感觉寻求量表测量,通过非条件logistic回归模型分析感觉寻求水平与青年人群高危性行为之间的关联。结果 420名调查对象年龄主要集中在24~29岁。高低感觉寻求组在性别(χ^(2)=8.566,P=0.003)、婚姻状况(χ^(2)=6.982,P=0.008)、初次性行为年龄(Ζ=15.042,P=0.002)等方面的差异有统计学意义,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示发生过一夜情(OR=2.889,95%CI:1.038~8.041)、多性伴(OR=2.557,95%CI:1.118~5.849)、最近一次无保护性交(OR=1.886,95%CI:1.144~3.109)的研究对象感觉寻求水平高,高感觉寻求者更容易发生此类高危性行为。结论 高感觉寻求可能是西南地区青年人群发生无保护性交、多性伴、一夜情的危险因素。在对西南地区青年人群进行性行为和性健康宣传教育时,可依据感觉寻求水平的高低采取针对性措施。Objective To investigate the level of sensation seeking and its relationship with high-risk sexual behaviors among young people in southwest China,so as to provide reference for sexual health promotion and education.Methods Using convenience sampling,an anonymous questionnaire was conducted with the use of online questionnaire tool,in which the sensa-tion seeking scale was measured by the 8-item brief sensation seeking scale(BSSS-8),and the relationship between sensation seeking level and high-risk sexual behavior of young people was analyzed by unconditional Logistic regression model.Results The 420 research subjects were at the ages ranging from 24 to 29 years old.There were significant differences between high and low sensation seeking groups in gender(χ^(2)=8.566,P=0.003),marital status(χ^(2)=6.982,P=0.008),and age of first sexual intercourse(Z=15.042,P=0.002).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that those who had one night stand(OR=2.889,95%CI:1.038-8.041),multiple sexual partners(OR=2.557,95%CI:1.118-5.849),and the last unprotected intercourse(OR=1.886,95%CI:1.144-3.109) had high sensation seeking level and were more likely to have such high-risk sexual behaviors.Conclusion High sensation seeking may be a risk factor for unprotected sexual intercourse,multiple sexual partners,and one-night stands among young people in southwest China.When promoting sexual health and education among young people in southwest China,targeted measures can be taken according to the level of sensation seeking.
