摘 要:在机组全寿期内对核电厂电缆进行状态检测和运行技术管理是十分必要的,可针对不同电压等级、不同结构和不同材质的电缆进行运行条件下和停电条件下的各项无损检测。本文阐述了局部放电检测和瞬态电流脉冲耦合特性检测对高压电缆状态检测的有效性和优缺点,并针对中压电缆霉化问题,分别用压缩模量测试、近红外光谱分析和瞬态电流脉冲谐振波响应的方法进行检测评估,提出相关建议。It is very necessary to carry out condition detection and operation technology management for cables in nuclear power plants during the whole life of the unit.Various nondestructive tests can be carried out under operating conditions and power failure conditions for cables with different voltage levels,structures and materials.This paper expounds the effectiveness,advantages and disadvantages of partial discharge detection and transient current pulse coupling characteristic detection for the state detection of high-voltage cables.Aiming at the mildew problem of medium voltage cables,the methods of compression modulus test,near-infrared spectroscopy analysis and transient current pulse resonance wave response are used to detect and evaluate respectively,and relevant suggestions are put forward.
