摘 要:研制一种可以稳定响应的基于Ionogel-Textile(离子凝胶-织物)的可穿戴压力传感器。通过离子凝胶预聚液浸渍聚合,将传统棉织物转化为导电压阻复合材料,织物充当离子凝胶层的韧性支撑基体,补充脆性硅网络的压阻作用。该离子凝胶-织物复合材料具有灵敏的传感响应性和耐久性,在监测人体不同关节运动状态时,能连续输出稳定的电信号。此外,通过浸渍聚合的方法可以将所选区域朝向服装中特定接缝位置制作成压阻装置。这种离子凝胶-织物传感器为可穿戴压力传感设备提供一种潜在研究思路,有望推进柔性压力传感器向新兴的多样化技术辅助智能系统迈进。A wearable pressure sensor based on ionogel-fabric with stable response was developed.The traditional cotton fabric was transformed into conductive piezo-resistive composites by impregnation polymerization with ionogel pre-polymer.The fabric acted as a ductile support substrate for the ionogel,supplementing the piezoresistive effect of the brittle silicon network.The ionogel-fabric composite has sensitive sensing response and durability,continuously outputting stable electric signal during monitoring the motion states of different joints in human body.In addition,through the impregnation-polymerization approach,the selected areas toward to the specific joints positions in clothing can be fabricated into piezoresistive devices.This ionogel-fabric sensor provides a potential research idea for wearable pressure sensing devices,which is expected to promote the flexible pressure sensor to the emerging diversified technology-assisted intelligent system.
