摘 要:针对水资源污染和短缺的问题,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和羟丙基-β-环糊精为原料,采用非溶剂共诱导相分离法和化学接枝法制备了具有吸附功能的PVDF超滤膜,并用于吸附去除染料废水中的双酚A、2-萘酚以及酚酞和阳离子红染料(BR13)。结果表明,具有吸附功能的PVDF超滤膜对双酚A和2-萘酚的吸附主要是满足Langmuir等温吸附模型和伪二级动力学方程。同时,膜能通过筛分机理去除蛋白质,选择性分子识别去除双酚A和2-萘酚,其去除率分别是53.81%和64.50%。此外,还能有效去除酚酞和阳离子红,使溶液变得澄清。该研究为分离膜从水中去除小分子有机化合物提供了参考,并为制备新型功能化分离膜提供了新的思路。In view of the water pollution and shortages,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)ultrafiltration membranes with adsorption function were prepared by non-solvent co-induced phase separation and chemical grafting method using PVDF,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin as raw materials and used for the adsorption removal of bisphenol A,2-naphthalene as well as phenolphthalein and cationic red dyes(BR13)from dye wastewater.The results show that the adsorption of bisphenol A and 2-naphthol by the PVDF ultrafiltration membrane with adsorption function mainly satisfies the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and the pseudo-secondary kinetic equation.Meanwhile,the membrane is able to remove proteins by sieving mechanism and remove bisphenol A and 2-naphthol by selective molecular recognition,with the removal rates of 53.81%and 64.5%,respectively.In addition,phenolphthalein and cationic red are effectively removed,resulting in a clarified solution.This study provides a reference for the removal of small molecule organic compounds from water by separation membranes and offers a new idea for the preparation of novel functionalized separation membranes.
