摘 要:为实现棉织物绿色阻燃整理,赋予棉织物阻燃性,通过浸渍焙烘的方法将羊毛角蛋白整理到棉织物上,并利用氧指数仪、垂直燃烧测试仪、热重分析仪、织物强力仪对整理前后织物的阻燃性能、热解特性和力学性能进行测试和表征,探究羊毛角蛋白的阻燃效应和对织物力学性能的影响。结果表明:羊毛角蛋白成功整理到织物表面,残碳率提高至29.4%,极限氧指数提高至34.2%,损毁长度减少到5.0 cm以内,强力损失在17%以内;羊毛角蛋白所包含氨基酸中的羧基催化纤维素脱水成碳,且羊毛角蛋白具有优异的成碳性,可在织物表面形成碳层起到隔氧隔热的阻燃作用。In order to realize the green flame-retardant finishing,and give the flame-retardant nature to cotton fabric,the wool keratin was finished on cotton fabric by means of impregnation baking.The flammability,thermal degradation properties and mechanical properties of the cotton fabrics before and after finishing were investigated by limited oxygen index tester,vertical flame tests,thermo-gravimetric analysis and mechanical tester.The results show that wool keratin is successfully finished to the fabric surface,the residual carbon rate is increased to 29.4%,the limit oxygen index is increased to 34.2%,the damage length is reduced to less than 5.0 cm,and the mechanical strength loss is less than 17%.The carboxyl groups of amino acids contained in wool keratin catalyze the dehydration of cellulose to carbonization,and the wool keratin has excellent carbon formation,which can form a carbon layer on the surface of the fabric to act as a flame retardant effect of oxygen insulation.
