摘  要:对氮化硼(BN)进行亲水改性制备羟基化改性后的纳米氮化硼(BNO),作为织物的凉爽剂;然后,用BNO、亲水剂TF-620H和偶联剂TCA-K238S配制吸湿凉爽复配整理液,以整理液的平均粒径为评判指标,通过正交试验进行复配工艺优化。用吸湿凉爽整理液对涤氨织物进行吸湿凉爽整理,并进行性能测试。结果表明,稳定复配配方为:BNO质量分数为1.00%、偶联剂TCA-K238S质量分数为0.50%、亲水剂TF-620H质量分数为2.00%、超声处理时间为30 min;随着BNO质量分数的增加,织物的导热性、吸湿性能和白度均不断提升,但是当BNO质量分数超过2.00%后,织物的手感柔软性欠佳;相较于未处理涤氨织物,吸湿凉爽涤氨织物的导热系数提高89%,芯吸高度提高76%,水分蒸发速率提高94%,最大瞬态热流量Qmax值提高38%。The hydroxylated nanoboron nitride(BNO)was prepared by hydrophilic modification of BN as a cooler for the fabric.Then,a hygroscopic cooling compound finishing liquid was formulated with BNO,hydrophilic agent TF-620H and coupling agent TCA-K238S.Taking the average particle size of the finishing liquid as the evaluation index,the compounding process was optimized through orthogonal experiments.The polyester and ammonia fabric was finished by hygroscopic and cool finishing fluid,and the performance test was conducted.The results show that the stable compound formula is as follows:the mass fraction of BNO is 1.00%,and the mass fraction of TCAK238S is 0.50%,the mass fraction of TF-620H is 2.00%,and the ultrasonic treatment time is 30 minutes.With the increasing of BNO mass fraction,the thermal conductivity,moisture absorption performance and whiteness of the fabric are continuously improved.But when the BNO mass fraction exceeds 2.00%,the hand softness of the fabric is not good.Compared with the untreated polyester ammonia fabric,thermal conductivity is increased by 89%,core suction height is increased by 76%,the water evaporation rate is increased by 94%,and Qmax value is increased by 38%.
