摘 要:为开发碳纤维聚酯复合丝、茶纤维、薄荷纤维、棉纤维、涤纶纤维构成的多组分纤维面料,对其进行绿色、环保的短流程染整工艺探究。结果表明,一步法短流程前处理织物白度提高至66.1,芯吸高度在30 min内上升了14.5 cm。将孔雀蓝色成功上染面料,K/S值达3.84,耐水洗和耐摩擦色牢度均为4级以上。经无氟防水剂整理后面料静态接触角为139.78°,防水等级5级,耐静水压力2 268 Pa。加工前后,纤维表观形貌没有明显变化,通过测定成品的性能,表明所设计的工艺适于多组分纤维面料的绿色加工生产。In order to develop the fabric with multi-component fibers including carbon polyester composite filament,tea fiber,mint fiber,cotton fiber and polyester fiber,the green and environmentally friendly shortprocess dyeing and finishing process was studied.The results show that the whiteness of the fabric treated by onestep short process increases to 66.1,and the wicking height increases by 14.5 cm within 30 minutes.The peacock blue color is successfully dyed on the fabric,and the K/S value reaches 3.84,as well as the washing and rubbing fastness are also above grade 4.After finishing with fluorine-free waterproof agent,the static contact angle of the fabric is 139.78°,and the water repellent grade is 5,which is resistant to hydrostatic pressure of 2268 Pa.Before and after processing,there is no significant change in the apparent morphology of the fiber.By measuring the properties of the finished fabric,it is shown that the designed process is suitable for the green processing and production of multi-component fiber fabrics.
