摘　　要：针对含SORONA的针织物,特别是与涤纶、棉混纺或交织织物染整过程中存在的色差、色牢度问题,通过对纤维特性进行研究分析,发现染涤温度的设定是影响分散染料在涤纶和SORONA纤维上均匀分配的关键。同时指出了由于SORONA玻璃化温度低,染棉后的高温皂洗导致SORONA纤维上分散染料移染下来是造成色牢度下降的主要原因。In view of the color difference and color fastness in the dyeing and finishing process of SORONA knitwear,especially with polyester,cotton blended or interknitted fabrics,by analyzing the fiber characteristics,it is found that the setting of dyeing and polyester temperature is the key to affect the uniform distribution of dispersed dyes on polyester and SORONA fibers.It is also pointed out that due to the low vitrification temperature of SORONA,high temperature soap washing after cotton dyeing may cause the transmigration of disperse dyes for SORONA fiber is the main reason for the decrease in the fastness.
