摘  要:根据棉纤维和莱赛尔纤维的特性,采用无机碱体系对棉、莱赛尔纤维混合物进行定量分析研究,分析不同条件下,棉、莱赛尔纤维混合物在同一复配无机碱混合液中的溶解情况,确定最佳反应条件。结果表明,先用碱性次氯酸钠溶液将棉、莱赛尔纤维混合物在常温(20℃)下预处理30 min后,用8.5%氢氧化钠、7.0%硫脲以及8.0%尿素3种无机碱进行复配,在冷冻条件(-10~-3℃)中反应30 min后,再在常温下继续反应30 min,可以准确地对棉、莱赛尔纤维进行定量分析。According to the characteristics of cotton fiber and lyocell fiber,the quantitative method of cotton fiber and lyocell fiber with mixed inorganic alkali system was studied.The dissolution of cotton and lyocell fiber mixture in the same compound inorganic alkali system under different conditions was analyzed,and the optimal reaction conditions were determined.The results show that the cotton and lyocell fiber mixture is pretreated with alkaline sodium hypochlorite solution at room temperature(20℃)for 30 minutes,and then reacted with 8.5%sodium hydroxide,7.0%thiourea and 8.0% urea for 30 minutes in frozen condition(-10~-3℃),and then continued to react at room temperature for 30 minutes,the quantitative analysis of cotton and lyocell fiber can be carried out accurately.
