摘 要:本文根据锚杆机自动控制的工艺要求,详细设计了锚杆机自动控制系统。该系统通过油缸行程传感器、编码器、接近开关等传感器装置,实时获取锚杆机的位置姿态信息,实现了锚杆机一键展开、一键收回、一键升降等功能,解决了传统锚杆机手动控制繁琐的问题,满足了设计要求,有助于提高锚杆机工作效率,提升控制系统的自动化水平。This paper provides a detailed design of the automatic control system for the anchor bolt machine based on the process requirements for automatic control.The system obtains real-time information about the position and posture of the anchor bolt machine through sensor devices such as oil cylinder travel sensors,encoders,and proximity switches,achieves functions such as one key deployment,one key retraction,and one key lifting of the anchor bolt machine,and solves the problem of cumbersome manual control of traditional anchor bolt machines,meets design requirements,helps to improve the work efficiency of anchor bolt machines,and enhances the automation level of the control system.
