摘 要:针对矿井风机传统检测方式存在效率较低、劳动强度大、检测参数不稳定以及结果不可靠等问题,本文通过分析矿井风机智能监控系统功能要求和监控内容,提出了一种矿井风机智能化监控系统方案,介绍了智能监控系统硬件组成,采用模块化思想编写了控制系统软件流程图。经现场应用和调试表明,本次设计的矿井风机智能监控系统不仅能够准确检测风机故障,还可以对风机中含有的有毒有害气体进行智能检测和预警,从故障记录中得出监控系统的预警率大于或等于98.6%,大大降低了劳动力成本,实现了对风机全生命周期健康管理,提高了煤矿井下通风系统的安全性。In response to the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,unstable detection parameters,and unreliable results in traditional detection methods for mine fans,this paper proposes an intelligent monitoring system scheme for mine fans by analyzing the functional requirements and monitoring content of the intelligent monitoring system for mine fans.The hardware composition of the intelligent monitoring system is introduced,and the control system software flowchart is written using modular thinking.After on-site application and debugging,it has been shown that the intelligent monitoring system for mine fans designed in this project can not only accurately detect fan faults,but also intelligently detect and warn of toxic and harmful gases contained in the fans.From the fault records,the warning rate of the monitoring system is greater than or equal to 98.6%,greatly reducing labor costs,achieving health management throughout the entire life cycle of the fans,and improving the safety of the underground ventilation system in coal mines.
