摘  要:滤油器体零件是车床上的主要部件之一,主要用于给主轴箱供油。滤油器体零件结构较复杂,具有一定的加工要求。本文通过分析滤油器体零件的技术要求,确定了毛胚的制造形式;依据定位基准的选择原则和切削加工顺序的安排原则,确定了零件加工的定位基准,设计了滤油器体零件的加工工艺路线;按照零件的结构特点,结合定位装夹方法,设计了钻斜孔加工工序的专用夹具,解决了钻斜孔工序中定位及夹紧困难的问题。The oil filter body part is one of the main parts in lathe and mainly plays the role of oil supply to the spindle box.The structure of the oil filter body is complex and has certain processing requirements.In this paper,by analyzing the technical requirements of the part,the production form of wool embryo was determined.According to the selection principle of positioning datum and the arrangement principle of cutting sequence,the positioning datum of Processing of part was determined and the processing route of the part was designed.According to the structural characteristics of the part and the method of positioning and clamping,a special fixture for drilling oblique holes was designed to solve the difficult problems of positioning and clamping in drilling oblique holes.
