摘 要:随着我国社会经济的高速发展,社会生产对煤炭、矿石等资源的需求总量不断提升,码头中相关资源的运输业务量逐渐增多。为提升运输工作效率,堆取料机被广泛应用。但由于堆取料机的运行强度较高,运行过程中容易出现结构损伤,尤其是行走四轮架的主轴,需要对其进行更换。本文将深入研究与分析堆取料机行走四轮架主轴更换施工技术,并结合实践经验提出优化措施。With the rapid development of China's social and economic development,the total demand for coal,ore and other resources for social production is constantly rising,and the volume of transportation business of related resources in the terminal is also gradually increasing.In order to improve the transportation efficiency,stacker reclaimer is widely used.However,due to the high operating intensity of the stacker reclaimer,structural damage is easy to occur during operation,especially the main shaft of the traveling four-wheel frame,which needs to be replaced.Therefore,this paper will deeply study and analyze the construction technology of replacing the main shaft of the traveling four-wheel frame of the stacker reclaimer,and put forward optimization measures combined with practical experience.
