主斜井煤矿带式输送机动态特性研究

摘  要:针对主斜井带式输送机在启停瞬间动态特性复杂、运转速度波动较大、输送带张力产生突变等问题,本文以某煤矿使用的DTL-160/300/4×1400主斜井带式输送机为分析对象,采用数值模拟分析法搭建了带式输送机动态特性仿真模型,仿真研究其在动态工况下的动态特性。结果表明,带式输送机在启动瞬间产生较大的张力突变,并且容易出现振动和冲击,当设定仿真时间为120s时,张力突变减小,因此,通过延长启动时间可以有效减小张力波动,使启动过程更加平稳。In response to the complex dynamic characteristics,large fluctuations in operating speed,and sudden changes in conveyor belt tension of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor at the moment of start and stop,this paper uses the DTL-160/300/4×1400 main inclined shaft belt conveyor was taken as the analysis object,and a dynamic characteristics simulation model of the belt conveyor was established using numerical simulation analysis method.The dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor under dynamic working conditions were simulated and studied.The results show that the belt conveyor generates significant tension fluctuations at the moment of start,and is prone to vibration and impact.When the simulation time is set to 120 seconds,the tension fluctuations are reduced.Therefore,extending the start time can effectively reduce tension fluctuations,making the start process more stable.
