摘 要:作为反渗透海水淡化系统中的关键元件,能量回收装置能够将高压浓盐水的压力能进行回收再利用,有效降低了反渗透海水淡化系统的能耗水平。在旋转式能量回收装置中,两对关键配流副摩擦间隙的润滑性能对旋转能量回收装置的工作效率有直接影响。使用仿生织构将生物的非光滑形态应用于相对运动的配流副表面,可以改善润滑特性及耐磨性能。本文从旋转式能量回收装置的两对配流副出发,探究了不同形式的仿生织构对配流副水膜压力、泄漏量、剪切力与支撑力的影响,以期为配流副仿生织构的设计提供参考。As the key components in the reverse osmosis seawater desalination system,the energy recovery device recovers and reuses the pressure energy of high-pressure concentrated brine,effectively reducing the energy consumption level of the reverse osmosis seawater desalination system.In a rotary energy recovery device,the lubrication performance of the friction clearance between two key port pairs has a direct impact on the working efficiency of the rotary energy recovery device.Biomimetic textures are capable of improving lubrication and wear resistance by applying the non-smooth morphology of organisms to the surface of relatively moving port pairs.In this paper,two pairs of flow distribution pairs in the rotary energy recovery device is profoundly researched and the effects of different forms of biomimetic textures on the water film pressure,leakage,shear force,and support force of the flow distribution pair is explored,with a view to providing reference for the design of biomimetic texture of flow distribution pairs.
