煤矿卷带自动纠偏装置的设计与研究

摘  要:为解决煤矿带式输送机更换过程中卷带存在偏斜、回收困难等问题,本文通过分析煤矿用带式输送机胶带更换卷带机结构和工作原理,提出了一种胶带收卷机用自动纠偏装置,利用调整弹簧对输送带进行左右自动纠偏,保证输送带旧带收卷质量,大大提高了作业效率。为验证本次提出的这套纠偏装置控制输送带的效果,在RecurDyn V8R3中搭建输送带收卷机仿真模型,并仿真研究其控制输送带效果。结果表明,本次设计的这套输送带收卷自动纠偏装置能有效防止左右跑偏,控制输送带收卷能力较强,张力波动稳定,提高了输送带的收卷速度,取得了满意的仿真结果。In order to solve the coal mine belt conveyor replacement belt deviation,recycling difficult problems,this paper through the coal mine belt conveyor belt replacement belt machine structure and working principle analysis,put forward a tape tape machine with automatic correction device,adjust the spring about conveyor belt,greatly improve the operation efficiency.To verify the effect of the rectifying device control conveyor,build a conveyor belt winding simulation model in RecurDyn V8R3,and the simulation study on the control conveyor effect,the results show that the design of the conveyor belt winding automatic correction device can effectively prevent deviation,control conveyor belt winding ability is strong,stable tension fluctuation,can yo small improve the speed of the conveyor belt,obtain satisfactory simulation results.
