摘 要:双护盾TBM是一种典型的敞开式硬岩掘进机,具有隧道开挖、渣土输出、管片拼装支护、管片背面豆砾石回填及注浆等功能,可一次性安全、高速地完成隧道施工,能大大缩短隧道施工工期。本文以用于山西中部引黄工程中的双护盾TBM为研究对象,该设备在工程施工过程中出现TBM换步过程中盾尾上扬,致使已拼好的管片发生错台,严重影响管片拼装质量,影响施工进度的故障,详细分析了原因,并圆满解决这一故障,期望能给类似TBM设备故障提供借鉴及启发,达到优化系统设计的目的。The double shield TBM is a typical open hard rock tunneling machine that has functions such as tunnel excavation,slag output,segment assembly support,segment back gravel backfilling,and grouting.It can complete tunnel construction safely and quickly in one go,greatly shortening the tunnel construction period.This article takes the double shield TBM used in the Shanxi Central Yellow River Diversion Project as the research object.During the construction process of the equipment,the shield tail rises during the TBM step change process,causing the assembled segments to be misaligned,seriously affecting the quality of segment assembly and the construction progress.The fault is analyzed in detail and successfully resolved.It is hoped that this can provide reference and inspiration for similar TBM equipment failures,and achieve the goal of optimizing system design.
