摘 要:针对当前煤矿综采工作面液压支架在使用过程中存在压力波动大、流量冲击明显、无法实现液压支架执行机构的精确定位等问题,本文研究了煤矿综采工作面液压支架智能卸荷装置,设计了一种数字式卸荷阀。与传统的卸荷阀相比,数字式卸荷阀可以实现对液压支架压力和流量的自动调定,介绍其调压原理,使用机电液联合仿真平台对数字式卸荷阀的动态特性进行数值模拟。结果表明,数字式卸荷阀能够缓冲阀门在启闭过程中的压力冲击和流量脉动,有利于保证液压支架的平稳移架。In response to the problems of large pressure fluctuations,obvious flow impact,and inability to achieve precise positioning of the hydraulic support execution mechanism in the current use of hydraulic supports in coal mine flly mechanized mining faces,this paper studies the intelligent unloading device for hydraulic supports in coal mine fully mechanized mining faces and designs a digital unloading valve.Compared to traditional unloading valves,digital unloading valves can automatically adjust the pressure and flow of hydraulic supports.The pressure regulating principle is introduced,and the dynamic characteristics of digital unloading valves are numerically simulated using an electromechanical hydraulic joint simulation platform.The results indicate that the digital unloading valve can buffer the pressure impact and flow pulsation of the valve during the opening and closing process,which is conducive to ensuring the smooth movement of the hydraulic support.
