摘　　要：优质的煤矿机械设备是煤矿企业可持续发展的基础,但由于各种原因,其经常出现故障,严重影响煤炭的生产效率。因此,及时对设备进行故障诊断与维修是非常必要的。本文介绍了露天煤矿机械设备的故障诊断及维修方法,并开发出故障诊断与维修系统,以期为用户提供更有效的解决方案。High quality coal mining machinery and equipment are the foundation for the sustainable development of coal mining enterprises.However,due to various reasons,faults often occur,which seriously affects the production efficiency of coal.Therefore,timely fault diagnosis and maintenance of equipment is very necessary.This paper introduces the fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of mechanical equipment in open-pit coal mines,and develops a fault diagnosis and maintenance system,in order to provide users with more effective solutions.
