摘 要:天然气流量计需要定期检定,其检定装置的精度直接影响天然气流量计的精度,不确定度是天然气流量计量检定装置精度的衡量指标,pVTt法检定天然气流量计检定装置是一种间接测量质量、流量、原级气体流量的标准装置。本文综述了不确定度的原理和来源,根据pVTt原理以及技术要求设计装置整体方案,标准容器采用横置式单容器型,稳温措施采用标准容器水浴恒温式,将氮气作为检定的介质,采用真空泵作为动力装置,用音速喷嘴控流。测量并计算出该流量计检定装置的不确定度、标准容器容积的合成不确定度、附加质量的不确定度等,最后合成天然气流量计检定装置不确定度,从而提高装置的精确度和工作效率。Natural gas flow meters require regular calibration,and the accuracy of their calibration devices directly affects the accuracy of natural gas flow meters.Uncertainty is a measure of the accuracy of natural gas flow measurement calibration devices.The pVTt method calibration natural gas flow meter calibration device is a standard device for indirectly measuring quality,flow rate,and primary gas flow rate.This article summarizes the principles and sources of uncertainty,and designs the overall scheme of the device based on the pVTt principle and technical requirements.The standard container adopts a horizontal single container type,and the temperature stabilization measures adopt a standard container water bath constant temperature type.Nitrogen is used as the calibration medium,a vacum pump is used as the power device,and a sonic nozzle is used to control flow.Measure and calculate the uncertainty of the calibration device for the flow meter,the combined uncertainty of the standard container volume,and the uncertainty of the added mass.Finally,synthesize the uncertainty of the calibration device for the natural gas flow meter.Thus improving the accuracy of the device and improving work efficiency.
