摘　　要：本文介绍了HIT太阳能电池的特点和应用前景,并设计研究生产线自动化装箱设备,设计一套由伺服电机、气缸驱动,利用PLC控制的机电一体化全自动装箱设备,可有效解决人工装箱工作劳动量大,耗费成本高的问题。This paper introduces the characteristics and application prospects of HIT solar cells,and conducts research on the design of automated packaging equipment for production lines.A set of mechatronics fully automatic packaging equipment driven by servo motors and cylinders,controlled by PLC,can effectively solve the problem of high labor and high cost in manual packaging work.
