摘  要:电网规模的扩大进一步提高了电网整体短路电流水平,尤其是高耗能的多晶硅行业,需要一种技术成熟、经济、可靠、节能环保的限制短路电流解决方案,确保电力系统设备的安全可靠运行,且满足“节能减排”的“绿色”环保要求及碳达峰和碳中和的两碳目标。本文针对电力系统部分变压器抗短路能力不足、变压器容量大导致短路电流超标问题,从技术成熟度、经济效益、节能效果等角度,分析比较了几种常用的短路电流治理措施和解决方案,提出了一种基于涡流驱动机构的“高速开关技术”和提前预判断的“快速识别技术”,并联深度限流电抗器的零损耗深度限流的节能优化解决方案,弥补了限流电抗器和高阻抗变压器能耗高、噪音大、发热严重等不足。The expansion of the power grid scale has further improved the overall short-circuit current level of the power grid,especially in the high-energy consuming polycrystalline silicon industry.A technically mature,economical,reliable,energy-saving and environmentally friendly solution to limit short-circuit current is needed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power system equipment,and meet the"green""environmental requirements"of energy conservation and emssion reduction and the two carbon goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.This paper analyzes and compares several commonly used short-circuit current control measures and solutions from the perspectives of technical maturity,economic benefits,and energy-saving effects,aiming at the problem of insufficient short-circuit resistance and large transformer capacity in some transformers of the power system,A "high-speed switching technology"based on eddy current drive mechanism and a"fast identification technology"based on prejudgment are proposed,The energy-saving optimization solution for zero loss deep current limiting of parallel deep current limiting reactors compensates for the shortcomings of high energy consumption,high noise,and severe heating of current limiting reactors and high impedance transformers.
