摘 要:在风能、太阳能等可再生清洁能源大规模开发与利用的背景下,微电网与分布式接入技术的迅速发展推动了由传统无源电力网络向分布式有源电力网络的转型,促进了电力系统市场化、智能化技术的研究与发展。提出一种新型的分布式有源配电网优化调度技术,该技术充分发挥分布式电源的灵活运行特性,并建立了多目标蜂巢状有源配电网优化调度模型,提出一种变异粒子群算法对多目标蜂巢状有源配电网优化调度模型进行了求解。所提调度技术在保证配电网安全稳定运行的前提下降低了有源配电网调度成本,并提高了有源配电网的供电效率和可靠性。In the context of large-scale development and utilization of renewable and clean energy such as wind energy and solar energy,the rapid development of microgrid and distributed access technology has promoted the transformation from traditional passive power networks to distributed active power networks,and promoted the research and development of market-oriented and intelligent technologies in power systems.This paper proposes a new distributed active distribution network optimal scheduling technology,which fully utilizes the flexible operation characteristics of distributed power generation.A multi-objective honeycomb active distribution network optimal scheduling model is established,and a mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the multiobjective honeycomb active distribution network optimal scheduling model.The scheduling technology proposed in this paper reduces the scheduling cost of active distribution networks,and improves the power supply efficiency and reliability of active distribution networks,while ensuring the safe and stable operation of distribution networks.
