摘　　要：随着全球化的不断发展和中国综合国力的大幅提升,中国留学生教育事业快速发展,来华留学研究生人数日益增加。做好来华留学研究生教育为进一步增强国家软实力、提升高等教育质量和国际声誉等起着重要作用。然而,随着来华留学研究生规模的不断扩大,来华留学研究生跨文化适应问题日益凸显。因此,探究来华留学研究生跨文化适应问题变得极为必要。该文以地方高校H大学来华留学研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,从社会生活和文化适应、学习适应及心理适应3个方面了解他们在中国的跨文化适应现状,进而分析影响他们跨文化适应的因素,并针对如何提高来华留学研究生跨文化能力提出建议和对策。With the continuous development of globalization and the significant improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,the education of Chinese international students has been rapidly developing,and the number of international graduate students studying in China is increasing day by day.Effectively carrying out the education of international graduate students in China plays an important role in further enhancing the country's soft power,improving the quality of higher education and enhancing international reputation.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of international graduate students studying in China,the issue of cross-cultural adaptation of international graduate students studying in China is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it becomes extremely necessary to explore the issue of cross-cultural adaptation of international graduate students studying in China.This article takes the international graduate students studying in H University,a local university in China,as the research object.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it investigates their cross-cultural adaptation status in China from three aspects:social life and cultural adaptation,learning adaptation and psychological adaptation.Furthermore,it analyzes the factors that affect their cross-cultural adaptation and proposes suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the cross-cultural ability of international graduate students studying in China.
