摘 要:语言文化学本质上诠释的是某一特定的文化、语言持有者的个体记忆是如何过渡到充分、规范反映语言文化能力要素(对象、片段、概念等)的社会文化记忆的,换言之,诠释的是语言文化词位的个体运用是如何向乔姆斯基理论中的抽象型、理想型说话人/听话人的语言文化词位系统过渡的。语言文化能力作为一种语言“世界图景”是语言文化学领域的结论性知识。语言文化能力理论的提出符合现代科学范式,是语言文化学学科发展的必然结果,具有丰富、坚实的方法论基础。该文对语言文化能力的概念、模型进行了理论论证,对语言文化能力的结构进行了系统-功能与认知阐释。In essence,linguistic culturology interprets how the individual memory of a particular culture and language holder transits to the sociocultural memory that fully and normatively reflects the elements of linguistic and cultural competence(objects,fragments,concepts,etc.).In other words,it interprets how the individual use of linguistic and cultural lexicon transits to the abstract and ideal type speaker/listener linguistic and cultural lexicon system in Chomsky's theory.Language and cultural competence,as a linguistic"world picture",is a conclusive knowledge in the field of language and culture.The proposal of the theory of linguistic and cultural competence is in line with modern scientific paradigms and is an inevitable result of the development of the discipline of linguistic and cultural chemistry,with a rich and solid methodological foundation.This article provides a theoretical demonstration of the concept and model of language and cultural ability,and a systematic functional and cognitive explanation of the structure of language and cultural ability.
