民汉双语人才与新疆民俗文化旅游业的适配研究

摘　　要：新疆是一个多民族、多语言地区,拥有着丰富的文化遗产和民俗风情。这些文化资源为新疆的旅游业提供了巨大的发展潜力,民汉双语人才是新疆民俗文化旅游产业发展的重要支撑和保障。该文采用文献研究法、内容分析法,探讨如何做好民汉双语人才与新疆民俗文化旅游业的适配问题。在分析新疆民俗文化旅游业特点的基础上,指出新疆民俗文化旅游业对民汉双语人才的需求,进而从人才培养路径、政府行为和企业行为3个方面提出民汉双语人才与民俗旅游业的适配措施。以期为新疆民俗文化旅游业的发展提供一些借鉴和启示,并为民汉双语人才的培养和发展提供一定的支持和指导。Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic and multilingual region with rich cultural heritage and folk customs.These Cultural resource management provide a huge potential for the development of Xinjiang's tourism industry,and bilingual talents are an important support and guarantee for the development of Xinjiang's folk culture tourism industry.This paper adopts the methods of literature research and Content analysis to explore how to do a good job in the adaptation of bilingual talents and Xinjiang folk culture tourism.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Xinjiang's folk culture tourism industry,this paper points out the demand for bilingual talents in the folk culture tourism industry,and proposes adaptation measures for bilingual talents in the folk culture tourism industry from three aspects:talent cultivation path,government behavior,and enterprise behavior.In order to provide some reference and inspiration for the development of Xinjiang's folk culture tourism industry,and to provide certain support and guidance for the cultivation and development of bilingual talents in both Chinese and Chinese.
