摘 要:为解决桥梁工程中传统短线法施工存在的匹配用时长、匹配效率和匹配精度低等问题,探究节段梁智能匹配技术的组成及施工技术要点,并以某工程为例,从质量控制、施工工期、安全保障等方面,将其与传统施工技术进行比较。结果表明,智能匹配技术通过精准数据测算,自动跟踪测量,全自动液压控制匹配调节,高精度传感系统调节复核,可将匹配精度控制在1.0 mm以内,提升了匹配效率,且缩短了工期,降低了成本。To tackle the issues of long matching time,low matching efficiency and low accuracy in the traditional short-line construction in bridge engineering,the intelligent matching technology and the key points of prefabrication construction for segmental girders are discussed.A specific matching construction project is taken as an example to make a comparison between the intelligent matching precasting construction and the traditional construction technology in terms of quality control,construction period,safety assurance,etc.The results show that through precise measurement and calculation of data,automatic tracking of data measurement,adjusting matching with the full-automatic hydraulic control system,and regulating the check with high-precision sensing system,intelligent matching technology can control the accuracy within 1.0 mm,improve the efficiency of matching,shorten the construction period and thus reduce the construction cost.
