卫生事业管理专业本科生医院实践教学现状及调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解卫生事业管理专业本科毕业生医院实践教学情况,为进一步完善教学医院人才培养策略提供参考意见。方法:利用自制调查问卷,采用方便抽样的方式,对2015-2019年在某医院实习的卫生事业管理专业本科毕业生进行信函问卷调查。结果:调查结果表明,学生对实习单位安排的教学情况、师资带教情况等方面满意度高,而实习单位在实习方案、师资力量、实践机会、考核方式等方面存在不足,有待提升。结论:目前卫生事业管理专业医院实践教学工作上存在一些不足,该专业人才培养应在健全教学体系、师资力量投入和完善考核系统等方面进一步提升和强化。Objective:To understand the practice tea-ching situation in hospitals for graduates majoring in health service management,and to provide reference for further improving the talent training strategy of teaching hospitals.Methods:A selfmade questionnaire was used to conduct a letter questionnaire survey among undergraduates majoring in health management who practiced in a hospital from 2015 to 2019 by means of convenience sampling.Results:The survey results show that students are highly satisfied with the teaching situation arranged by the internship unit and the teaching situation of tea-chers,while the internship unit has shortcomings in terms of internship program,teacher strength,practice opportunities,and assessment methods,which need to be improved.Conclusion:At present,there are some deficiencies in the practice teaching work of hospitals specializing in health management.The training of talents for this specialty should be further improved and strengthened in terms of improving the teaching system,strengthening the investment of teachers and improving the assessment system.
