摘 要:分子荧光技术是近年来随着仪器分析技术的发展而建立的一种新型光谱分析方法。与传统的理化检测和光谱分析法相比,具有灵敏度高、选择性强、背景干扰低、预处理简单等诸多优点,在农业、医药、化工、生物等诸多领域都得到了广泛应用。本文从荧光的分子机理和检测原理出发,对分子荧光技术在油气勘探、污染物检测、质量控制以及无损探伤等石油工业中的应用现状及研究进行了综述,并对荧光类物质的发展趋势和在石油工业中的应用前景进行了展望。With the development of modern instrumental technology in recent years,analytical method based on molecular fluorescence was established.Compared with the traditional chemical and spectral methods,fluorescence analysis has the advantages such as high sensitivity,great specificity,low interference and simple pretreatment.Thus,it has been widely applied in agriculture,pharmacy,chemical and biological industry.The fluorescence characteristics at molecular level was summarized in this paper.Therefore,researches about oil exploration,pollution detecting,quality control and nondestructive inspection in chemical engineering were reviewed.Finally,the development trend and potential application of fluorescent material in petrochemical industry were prospected.
