摘 要:为进一步提高烟叶的高效利用,开发可利用的烟草净油,以4种适配性较差的烟叶为研究对象,通过正交法优化超临界CO_(2)萃取工艺,最终得到最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度为55℃,萃取压力为25MPa,萃取流量为40L·h^(-1),萃取时间为1.5h。所得提取物经脱蜡处理后进行GC-MS分析和感官评价,结果表明,该方法能够有效制备烟草净油。In order to further improve the efficient utilization of tobacco leaves and develop the available tobacco oil,the supercritical CO_(2)extraction process was optimized by orthogonal method with four tobacco leaves with poor adaptability as the research object.The optimal process conditions were finally obtained as follows:the extraction temperature was 55℃,the extraction pressure was 25 MPa,the extraction flow rate was 40L·h^(-1),and the extraction time was 1.5h.After dewaxing,the extracts were analyzed by GC-MS and sensory evaluation.The results showed that the method could effectively prepare tobacco oil.
