摘 要:通过有限元分析软件Midas进行建模,模拟了建筑物在不同距离和位置、基坑开挖降水不同工序下的情况,对不同条件下基坑开挖降水和邻近建筑物变形间的联系进行研究,并针对性提出合理措施。从结果上看,当建筑物与基坑距离较近的一侧位于主沉降区时受基坑开挖降水的影响最大;邻近建筑物在基坑不同位置时所受的影响也有所不同,最敏感的是基坑边界中部,其次是阳角,最后是阴角;从邻近建筑物的变形上看,分级开挖降水的方式较为有利。The finite element analysis software Midas was used to model the building at different distances and positions and under different procedures of excavation dewatering.The relationship between excavation dewa-tering and adjacent building deformation under different conditions was studied,and reasonable measures were put forward.It can be seen from the results that the side of the building close to the foundation pit is located in the main settlement area,which is the most affected by the excavation precipitation.The influence of adjacent build-ings on different positions of the foundation pit is different.The most sensitive is the middle of the boundary of the foundation pit,followed by the positive Angle and the last is the negative angle.From the deformation of ad-jacent buildings,the method of graded excavation precipitation is more favorable.
