摘 要:为探讨临时支撑卸载顺序对悬挑悬挂结构的影响,本文依托于某超高层悬挂钢结构,通过有限元分析软件Midas/Gen建模的方法探讨了不同支撑体系卸载顺序下结构的位移和应力变化情况。其中,引入位移包络值以更直观体现结构空间变形状况、引入应力比值衡量各测点应力变化水平。通过对比卸载模拟数据和实测数据的方法,进一步研究卸载顺序的合理性。从结果看,临时支撑胎架不同卸载顺序将导致卸载悬挑外框结构时出现不同的内力和位移变化,其中,结构竖向沉降受卸载顺序的影响最大。此外,在6种顺序中,先卸载支撑胎架,再卸载支撑胎架,最后卸载支撑胎架的卸载顺序下各方向位移变形等均可控制在较小范围。比较波动性指标可见,先卸载支撑胎架,再卸载支撑胎架,最后卸载支撑胎架的卸载顺序的应力变化波动性较小,且关键构件在卸载时应力较小,有充足安全余量。In order to investigate the effect of temporary support unloading sequence on suspension struc-ture,it is discussed the displacement and stress changes of the structure under different unloading sequence of support system by using the finite element analysis software Midas/Gen modeling method relying on a super high-rise suspension steel structure.Among them,the displacement envelope value is introduced to reflect the spatial deformation of the structure more directly,and the stress ratio is introduced to measure the stress change level of each measuring point.By comparing the unloading simulation data with the mea-sured data,the rationality of unloading sequence is further studied.The results show that different unloading sequence of the temporary support tire frame will lead to different internal force and displacement changes during unloading of the cantilever frame structure,in which the vertical settlement of the structure is most affected by the unloading sequence.In addition,in the 6 sequences,the support tire frame is unloaded first,and then the support tire frame is unloaded,and the displacement and deformation in each direction of the unloading sequence of the support tire frame can be controlled in a small range.Compared with the volatili-ty index,it can be seen that the stress variation of the unloading sequence in which the support tire frame is unloaded first,then the support tire frame,and finally the support tire frame is unloaded is less volatile,and the stress of key components is less during unloading,and there is sufficient safety margin.
