摘　　要：以我国福建省厦漳泉都市区为研究对象,选取2010年、2015年及2019年的Landsat遥感影像,采用最大似然法提取厦漳泉都市区建设用地面积,并结合核密度分析法分析其扩张趋势。结果表明,从2010年到2019年厦漳泉都市区建设用地面积共扩增了2363 km^(2),扩张速度为262.5 km^(2)/a,强度指数为1.5%,属于快速扩张趋势,其中厦漳泉三市市区属于建筑用地密集区。厦漳泉都市区城市建设用地的扩张与当地的自然与社会等因素密切相关。其中,自然环境对城市扩张的影响最大,城市形态及扩张方向受区域地形及河流的影响。此外,人口流动、市区经济发展、交通网络分布也是影响该区域建设用地扩张的主要因素。Taking Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area in Fujian Province as the research object,we selected the Landsat remote sensing images in 2010,2015 and 2019,extracted the construction land area of Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area by maximum likelihood method,and analyzed its expansion trend combined with nuclear density analysis.The results show thatthe construction land area of Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area has expanded by 2363 km^(2) from 2010 to 2019 with a speed of 262.5 km^(2)/a.Its intensity index is 1.5%,which belongs to rapid expansion.Among them,the urban areas of Xiamen,Zhangzhou,Quanzhou are dense area of construction land.The expansion of urban construction land in Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area is closely related to local natural and social factors.Among these factors,natural environment has the greatest impact on urban expansion since the urban form and expansion direction are affected by regional topography and rivers.In addition,population flow,urban economic development and traffic network distribution are also main factors affecting the expansion of construction land in this area.
