摘 要:矩形顶管机头姿态测量参数众多,人工测量效率较低,严重影响了顶进施工进度。为实现矩形顶管机头姿态及轴线偏差的快速准确测量,提出一种基于电控双棱镜的矩形顶管机头姿态自动测量系统,利用双棱镜测量数据分别求解不同安装环境下的矩形顶管机头中心的平面、高程坐标,以及机头滚动角,并分别阐述了自动引导测量系统的顶进里程、轴线偏差、机头侧向翻转及俯仰偏差的解析原理,从而获取最为接近真值的机构姿态变化数据;并利用某地铁车站地下通道项目对该系统的可靠性进行分析验证。结果表明:自动引导测量系统与人工校核成果最大偏差为平面0.84 cm、高程1.22 cm,基本一致,满足顶管施工轴线控制及纠偏要求;顶管工程贯通误差为平面2.25 cm、高程4.38 cm,满足顶管工程贯通限差要求。因此,基于电控双棱镜的矩形顶管自动引导测量系统能够较为准确地获取机头姿态及轴线偏差数据,具有较强的可靠性和适用性,为矩形顶管机头姿态信息的自动化测量提供了新的方向。Due to various attitude measurement parameters of the rectangular pipe jacking machine head and low efficiency of the manual measurement,the construction progress of jacking thus seriously impeded.In order to realize the fast and accurate measurement of attitude and axis deviation of rectangular pipe jacking head,we proposed an automatic measurement system for the attitude of the rectangular pipe jacking head based on the electronically controlled biprism.In addition,we analyzed the plane and elevation coordinates of nose and roll anglecenter,and expounded the analytical principles of jacking distance,axis deviation,nose lateral rollover and pitch deviation of automatic guidance measurement system respectively,so as to obtain the closest true value.And we analyzed and verified the reliability of system by using a subway station underground passage project.The results show that the maximum deviation between the automatic guidance measurement system and the manual calibration results is 0.84 cm in plane and 1.22 cm in elevation,which are basically consistent,and meets the requirements of axis control and deviation correction in the pipe jacking construction.The penetration error of pipe jacking project is 2.25 cm in plane and 5.38 cm in elevation,which meets the penetration tolerance requirements of pipe jacking project.Therefore,the rectangular pipe jacking automatic guidance measurement system based on the electronically controlled biprism can accurately obtain the nose attitude and axis deviation data with its strong reliability and applicability,which can providea new direction for the automatic measurement of rectangular pipe jacking nose attitude information.
