摘　　要：为充分适应新型测绘体系建设和提高测绘保障、地理信息服务能力的要求,建设了湖北省地图院测绘地理信息项目生产与成果管理平台。主要针对以往测绘地理项目生产和成果管理方式,分析存在的问题,研究了总体原则、总体架构、技术设计、功能设计等相关方面,实现了测绘地理信息项目生产全流程实时追踪与成果信息化管理,在一定程度上提升了生产管理效率和成果利用效率。可为测绘地理信息项目生产与成果管理信息化平台建设提供可借鉴的工作经验。In order to fully adapt to the construction of new surveying and mapping system and improve the ability of surveying and mapping support and geographical information service,we built the production and achievement management platform of surveying and mapping geographical information project of Map Institute of Hubei Province.Based on the previous production and achievement management methods of surveying and mapping geographical information projects,we analyzed the existing problems,and studied the overall principle,overall framework,technical design,functional design and other related aspects.Then,we realized the real-time tracking of whole production process of surveying and mapping geographical information projects and the information management of achievement.Thus,we improved the efficiency of production management and results utilization to a certain extent,providing referential experience for the information platformconstruction of the production and achievement management of surveying and mapping geographical information projects.
