摘　　要：调查测量是土地征用中的一项重要工作,需对征用土地的边界、权属、类别等进行测量和调查并进行面积的汇总统计,数据处理过程琐碎而繁杂、工作量大。在对《土地利用现状分类》和土地征用调查信息保存机制深入研究的基础上,阐述如何基于AutoCAD平台,利用Lisp/VLisp脚本语言开发土地征用调查测量数据处理系统,实现测量点自动展绘、调查信息高效录入和标注,调查面积自动快速汇总统计、导出等功能及软件自动安装制作的方法,为测绘技术人员提供切实可行的技术手段和方法,简化数据处理过程,提高工作效率、节省生产成本,取得良好的社会经济效益。Survey and measurement is an important work in land acquisition.It is necessary to measure and investigate the boundary,ownership,category of the acquired land and summarize the area.The data processing process is trivial and complicated,with a large workload.On the basis of in-depth study on the Classification of Land Use Status and the preservation mechanism of land acquisition survey information,we expounded how to develop the land acquisition survey data processing system based on AutoCAD platform by using Lisp/VLisp script language,how to achieve automatic plotting of survey points,efficient input and marking of survey information,quick and automatic summary and statistics of survey area,and found out the method of automatic installation and production of software.Therefore,we providedpractical technicalmethods for surveying and mapping technicians,which could simplify data processing,improve work efficiency,save production costs and achieve good social and economic benefits.
