摘 要:利用COMSOL仿真软件分别模拟不同形状介质柱的二维三角晶格的折射率之比、占空比、几何尺寸及周期等因素对光子带隙位置和宽度的影响。模拟结果发现:当圆形介质柱半径为70nm,占空比为0.25,背景材料折射率为1.6,介质柱折射率为1.92,且折射率虚部为0.05,其他形状介质柱的面积和填充率与圆形介质柱的相同,占空比、折射率也与圆柱形相同时,可得到蓝光成分减少的透射光谱,并将其光谱与AM1.5标准太阳光谱进行相似度对比,发现与AM1.5标准太阳光谱非常接近。所得结论在光子晶体LED光谱调节、滤波、提高发光效率等方面有一定的理论参考价值。Using COMSOL simulation software,the effects of the refractive index ratio,duty cycle,geometric size and period of the two-dimensional triangular lattice with different shape dielectric cylinders on the position and width of the photonic band gap are simulated.The simulation results show that when the radius of the circular dielectric column is 70nm,the duty cycle is 0.25,the refractive index of the background material is 1.6,the refractive index of the dielectric column is 1.92,and the imaginary part of the refractive index is 0.05,and the area and filling index of other shaped dielectric columns are the same as those of the circular dielectric column,and the duty cycle and refractive index are the same as those of the cylindrical dielectric column,the transmission spectrum with reduced blue light components can be obtained,and its spectrum can be compared with the AM1.5 standard solar spectrum.It is found that the solar spectrum is very close to the AM1.5 standard.The obtained conclusions have certain theoretical reference value in the aspects of photonic crystal LED spectrum adjustment,filteringand improving luminous efficiency.
