摘  要:采用差示扫描量热法研究了熔融挤出制备的聚丙烯(PP)与乙烯-丙烯酸物(EAA)共混物与磷石膏(PhG)改性的PP/EAA共混体系在不同结晶温度(120℃、125℃和130℃)下的等温结晶行为。对比两种共混体系的结晶行为,PhG的加入可以有效缩短共混体系的结晶时间,从而提高共混体系的结晶速率,同时PhG加入后诱导共混体系生成了β晶型的晶体并提高了共混体系的熔融温度。由此可见,PhG在共混体系中起到了很好的异相成核作用。The isothermal crystallization behavior of polypropylene(PP),ethylene-acrylic acid(EAA)blends and phosphogypsum(PhG)modified PP/EAA blends prepared by melt extrusion at different crystallization temperatures(120℃,125℃ and 130℃)was studied by differential scanning calorimetry.With the isothermal crystallization temperature increasing,the crystallization rate and time of two blends decreased.The addition of PhG shortened the crystallization time and increased the crystallization rate of the blends.The Avrami equation was suitable for analyzing the isothermal crystallization behavior of the blend system.The addition of PhG shorted the time when the blend system reached the maximum crystallization rate and the half crystallization period,and increased the crystallization rate constant of the blend system.Adding PhG induced blend system producedβ-crystal and increased the melting temperature of the blend system.All these indicated that PhG played a good role in heterogeneous nucleation in the blend system.
