基于服务设计的高校健康助手APP设计研究

摘　　要：关注高校学生健康情况,以服务设计为理论背景,构建高校健康助手App,促进高校学生健康发展。通过问卷调查和竞品分析的方法收集用户信息,了解用户潜在需求,提出服务策略。运用用户画像、用户旅程图、服务蓝图发现寻找机会点,设计高校健康助手App原型。通过前期调研结果结合服务设计理念,以服务、科普、宣传、应急管理四个部分为重心构建高校健康助手App,以绿色为主题色进行界面设计。高校健康助手App弥补了高校综合健康服务App研究设计方向的空白,延长高校原有的突发性公共卫生事件应急管理App使用寿命,有利于促进高校健康教育发展;有利于增强高校学生健康意识;有利于提高高校对于突发性公共卫生事件的应急管理能力。Pay attention to the health situation of college students,take service design as the theoretical background,build university health aide App,promote the healthy development of college students.Collect user information through questionnaire survey and competitive product analysis,understand the potential needs of users,and propose service strategies.Persona,Customer journey map and service blueprint to find opportunities,and design college health assistant App prototype.Based on the preliminary research results and the service design concept,the university health assistant App was constructed by focusing on service,science popularization,publicity and emergency management,and the interface design was carried out with green as the theme color.University health aide App makes up for the gap in the research and design direction of college comprehensive health service App,prolonging the service life of the original public health emergency management App in colleges.University health aide App is conducive to promoting the development of college health education;It is helpful to improve the health consciousness of college students.It is helpful to improve the ability of emergency management for emergent public health events in universities.
