摘  要:面对老年人的井喷式娱教服务需求,解决娱教资源供给不足等问题,融合协同共生与服务设计理论,建立多方共荣的社区服务体系,满足用户多样化的养老需求。耦合共生模式和娱教体系,探究共生模型系统、协同互利关系、共生演化路径三方面的关联性,深入剖析了系统的设计流程,构建社区老龄娱教的协同共生系统。挖掘老龄群体需求,探讨服务与产品间的关系,总结娱教服务系统的发展趋势,以系统化、场景化、信息化来搭建协同共生服务系统模型,共同推进社区老龄娱教服务及产品的设计。让老龄用户在参与服务的过程中获得归属感与自我实现的价值,从而实现社会积极老龄化,为未来的老龄服务提供了新思路及理论依据。In the face of the demand of blowout entertainment education service for the elderly,solve the problems of insufficient supply of entertainment and education resources,integrate the theory of collaborative symbiosis and service design,and provide it with multi-level entertainment service.Coupling symbiosis model with community elderly entertainment and education service system,exploring the relationship between symbiosis model system,cooperative mutual benefit relationship and symbiotic evolution path,deeply analyzes the design process of the system,and constructs the cooperative symbiosis system of community elderly entertainment education.To excavate the needs of elderly groups,explore the relationship between services and products,summarize the development trend of entertainment and education service system,build collaborative symbiotic service system model with systematization,scene and informatization,and jointly promote the design of community elderly entertainment service and products.Let the elderly users get the value of belonging and self-realization in the process of participating in the service,so as to realize the active aging of the society,which provides a new idea and theoretical basis for the future service for the elderly.
