服务设计视角下的祭祀文化转型

摘　　要：随着城市墓地危机加剧,传统祭祀形式在现代城市发展中面临着生存困境。作为殡葬改革关键的祭祀文化转型迫在眉睫。本文应用服务设计思维与方法,探究大众在现代祭祀活动中的本质需求,将加强世代之间的情感联系作为新型祭祀服务设计的机会点。论文研究结果弥补了祭祀文化转型在设计学领域的研究缺失,可为城市现代化进程中的祭祀服务系统设计提供参考,同时对祭祀改革破冰具有一定的现实意义。As the crisis of urban cemeteries intensifies,traditional forms of sacrifice are facing a survival dilemma in modern urban development.The transformation of ritual culture,which is the key to funeral reform,is imminent.This paper applies service design thinking and methods to explore the essential needs of the public in modern ritual activities,and takes strengthening the emotional connection between generations as an opportunity point for new ritual service design.The results of the paper make up for the lack of research on ritual culture transformation in the field of design,and can provide a reference for the design of ritual service systems in the process of urban modernization,while having certain practical significance for breaking the ice of ritual reform.
