基于用户体验的中药煎煮机设计研究

摘　　要：针对年轻用户的特征和需求,以用户体验为中心,为面向年轻群体的智能中药机设计提供参考,以期总结出更详尽的设计方案。基于用户体验方法,通过观察法、问卷调查、用户画像、用户旅程图等方法对使用者进行行为分析、痛点分析,总结出药渣清理、火候调节、使用安全等问题。总结中药煎煮机的具体设计策略,遵循功能便利、清洁便利、安全性、美观性四大原则,优化产品结构、完善产品外观并提出设计方案。为年轻人使用的煎煮中药机器的设计提出一些新的思路和方向。Analyze and understand the needs of target users for Chinese medicine decocting machine,and design a Chinese medicine machine to meet the needs of users.Based on the user experience method,through observation method,questionnaire survey,user portrait,user journey map and other methods for user behavior analysis,pain point analysis,summed up the residue cleaning,heat regulation,use safety and other issues.This paper summarized the specific design strategy of TCM decocting machine,followed the four principles of convenient function,convenient cleaning,safety and aesthetics,optimized product structure,improved product appearance and put forward the design scheme.Some new ideas and directions are put forward for the design of decoction machine.
