摘  要:探讨影响幼儿园实木椅的设计因素,构建基于用户和生产制造方需求的模糊评价模型,为幼儿园家具设计提供量化分析方法,得到符合使用需求的幼儿园实木椅设计方案。在相关要素的调研基础上,结合儿童身心发育特征,构建幼儿园实木椅评价指标体系;利用模糊矩阵计算出各项指标权重,建立评价模型;对3个幼儿园实木椅方案进行综合评价;依据综合评价结果,对初设计方案进行优化。通过实例验证,此评价模型能够对幼儿园实木椅设计进行有效的评估和设计优化,具有可行性。模糊评价法将幼儿园实木椅模糊设计要素进行定量计算,对复杂对象进行理性、直观的综合评价,为幼儿园家具设计提供了可量化的参考依据。This paper discusses the design factors affecting the kindergarten solid wood chair,constructs a fuzzy evaluation model based on the needs of users and manufacturers,provides a quantitative analysis method for the furniture design,and obtains the design scheme of kindergarten solid wood chair that meets the use needs.Based on the investigation of relevant factors and combined with the characteristics of children's physical and mental development,the evaluation index system of solid wood chairs in kindergartens is constructed.The fuzzy matrix is used to calculate the weight of each index and establish the evaluation model.Comprehensively evaluate the solid wood chair scheme of three kindergartens.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,the preliminary design scheme is optimized.The example shows that this evaluation model can effectively evaluate and optimize the design of solid wood chairs in kindergartens,and is feasible.The fuzzy evaluation method quantitatively calculates the fuzzy design elements of solid wood chairs makes a rational and intuitive comprehensive evaluation of complex objects,which provides a quantifiable reference basis for kindergarten furniture design.
