补肾化痰方联合西药治疗对肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者炎症状态及内分泌代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨补肾化痰方联合西药治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴胰岛素抵抗(IR)患者炎症状态及内分泌代谢水平的影响。[方法]选择2019年10月至2021年10月本院收治的86例PCOS伴IR患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各43例,对照组予以西药治疗,治疗组予以补肾化痰方联合西药治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平以及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。[结果]治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组74.42%(P<0.05);治疗组T、LH、FINS、IRI、TNF-α、IL-2和IL-8低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组安全性比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]在西药治疗PCOS伴IR的基础上,予以补肾化痰治疗临床疗效好,可以调节性激素水平,抑制胰岛素抵抗和炎症反应,安全性好。[Objective]To explore the effects of Bushen Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine on inflammatory state and endocrine metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and insulin resistance(IR).[Methods]A total of 86 patients with PCOS and IR admitted to the hospital were enrolled between October 2019 and October 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while treatment group was treated with Bushen Huatan Decoction and Western medicine.The clinical curative effect after treatment,levels of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(IRI),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-8(IL-8)before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.[Results]After treatment,total response rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(93.02%vs.74.42%,P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes,levels of T,LH,FINS,IRI,TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-8 in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical curative effect of Bushen Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine is good on patients with PCOS and IR,which can regulate slevels of sex hormones,inhibit insulin resistance and inflammatory response,with good safety.
