从“肝”论治失眠合并血精症验案举隅并理论探析

摘　　要：从“肝”论治疑难杂症往获疗效。文章记录了一则从“肝”论治失眠合并血精症的临床验案,以“异病同治”和“形神兼治”为治疗原则,将共同病机归纳为肝郁血瘀,治以疏肝养血,活血化瘀,收效显著。文章结合古今各家医论探讨了“肝”之理论与失眠合并血精症的内在联系。The theory of“liver”is usually effective in treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases.This article records a clinical case of treating insomnia complicated with hemospermia from“liver”.According to the treatment principle of“treating different diseases with the same method”and“treating body and spirit at the same time”,the common pathogenesis is summarized as liver stagnation and blood stasis.The treatment is to soothing the liver and nourish blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.This paper explains the internal relationship between the theory of“liver”and insomnia complicated with hematospermia.
