摘　　要：免疫抑制方案、雄激素等对再生障碍性贫血有一定疗效,但其副作用不可避免,研究表明中医药在再生障碍性贫血的治疗上有一定优势。本文从老年、青壮年、小儿的生理特点和病理特点出发,阐述不同年龄再生障碍性贫血患者的病机的不同和相应的治法,探讨不同年龄再生障碍性贫血患者的中医辨治思路。Immunosuppressive regimens and androgens have a certain effect on aplastic anemia,but their side effects are inevitable.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain advantages in the treatment of aplastic anemia.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly,young adults,and children,this article expounds the different pathogenesis of aplastic anemia patients of different ages and the corresponding treatment methods,and discusses the TCM differentiation and treatment ideas for aplastic anemia patients of different ages.
